Spot on Epher, it's a hand - inspired by Lurtz from Lord of the Rings. I don't necessarily see it as a "veteran" symbol as such, more just something unique. I should probably come up with something fluffy for it though - maybe Hand of Judgement or something like that

The "Hand of Judgement"... I like that.  It has a great Dark Angel feel to it.  It did make me think of the Orcs from LotR.

Just a quick WIP of my Ravenwing - some Black (and Red and Bone) Knights, and some melta-weilding bikers.

Obviously still work in progress, but any feedback is very welcome.

Great work, Brother! The poses you have them in look very dynamic. It's easily seen that they are roaring down the field, ready to do their Primarch's teachings to the Traitorous Powers.

Expect plenty more updates in the following weeks as well - I've got a bunch of ravenwing half-finished that I just need to find the paints and time to finish off.
