Skulls/zombie heads that fit (+scale well) CSM terminators

Hi all, i was wondering if anyone has any experience with making/converting/sourcing alternative heads for terminators (specifically chaos terminators)?

 

I currently have a squad all with their normal helmeted heads (and bare head for champion), but now have moved onto making a dedicated icon bearer model, and had thought to try replicate the effect from the forgeworld death guard terminator kit (the one with the sunken-in zombie/skull head).

 

Originally i had thought of just using the extra helmeted head from the Terminator Lord kit (having used all the bare terminator heads), but had the idea that the icon bearer although not a champion or anything, would be important since he was carrying the icon (and should have extra detail), and look really haggard and twisted by the warp, hence the melted/twisted skull face.

 

Any ideas/help would be appreciated, like if there are any heads from other kits that i could get off ebay, or even Warhammer Fantasy bitz that would suit. I just didn't want to grab any old thing off ebay and find out they;re way too big/small, like i have a feeling the zombie heads from the vampire counts zombies kit would be too big and look silly.

 

Currently i have him standing with one leg up on a pile of rubble, holding up a converted icon staff (converted from the Terminator Lord/Sorcerer staff, removing the staff head, extending it with plastic tubing, and fixing on the head of a CSM icon i had spare to the top), he looks pretty cool right now, just wanted to see if i could push it that little bit more.
