Funnily enough, I've never been in here. There's incense and lots of gold filigree everywhere. This is much better than the barracks!

Greetings, denizens of the Adepta Sororitas' temple. My name is Fr. Mehman the Scribe and this purple pool noodle is my trusty eviscerator, until I can get those gits in the Adeptus Mechanicus temple to fix my real one. The Emperor's peace be upon you.

I come bearing not gifts, but questions. I know, I know. With all this incense you'd at least expect some peppermints! Nothing? I am just not funny anywhere .

Anyway, here's my first, and possibly only, question: I am planning on making a Warband of priests. Not too big, not too small. Should I start posting my idea/WiP thread here or in the Inquisition thread? The reason I ask is because the forum description reads: Sisters of Battle and awesome priests, too! Now, I may have made up that last part but I'm not making up my need to know where I should stand.

Do y'all have fun painting competitions designed to instill fraternal and soror-whatever bonding? If so, do these competitions also let you feel a sense of accomplishment at the end because you realize it's not a challenge against someone, but yourself? I ask because the Inquisition and Imperial Guard forums do and we're all under the domain of the Forces of the Imperium, after all.

Third question (wow, three questions): do I need to buy the Adepta Sororitas Codex or is the Inquisition Codex good enough for the Ecclesiarchy?

The Inquisition codex has priests, but they're not as good as ours for many reasons - they don't have Independent Character, they can't take Relics, and they can't bring Battle Sisters to the field with them!

 

We haven't had competition in a little while, mostly because we've been caught up in the ETL. If you wanted to run a competition, I'm sure you'd have a handful of takers though!

Well met, Sister Miko. Well met, indeed. I shall forthwith try to obtain the sacred tome because, well, Relics! That offers up some excellent opportunities for converting. That and every time my wife looks at the priestly priest in question, she shall be met with the word "relic!"

 

Well, it looks like this armed-to-the-teeth priest needs to get cracking on a WiP. I will begin now but first a snazzy name must be thought.

 

After everyone has rested their hands from an awesome job at the ETL, the work for a competition shall commence. I need more sacrament if I am to think, my tiny, mindless Cherub! That's a good lad. Fly away, away! Those servo-children are clammy, aren't they?

Priests are the Holy Emmisaries of the Emperor! They are always welcome within the Cathedrals of the Adepta Sororitas as are all missionaries and preachers of the God Emperor. Being the only purely religious order they should surely reside here where they belong.

 

I have quite a few warbands truth be told but I am trying atm to get hold of a throne of judgement to make into a priestly alter.
