New Techpriest Model - Veteran Tank Commanders?

Hi guys,

apologies for reviving the topic or missing some already stated detail, but so far reading this thread has resulted in:

- me slightly re-evaluating my couple of old LRBT (although 90% of the times I believe I will still proxy them as Eradicators)

- getting quite excited into adding an Exterminator to my collection (the only variant I do not have)

Unfortunately, I did not quite understand whether this Leman Russ Tech Command kit has any actual special rules or anything...as it stands, it is an 'illegal' kit because you cannot field a tank commander without a second LR mate.

So, is it really just a command tank + an Enginseer? Is that all?

It's the LRBT box, the new Priest and the command squad upgrade sprue. No rules included.
