For the attention of all field commanders,

 

Further to the glorious success of the Regiments crusade Regimental Command is issuing an edict that the honour gained be permanently recognised with the construction of Guard statues. Each regiment may commission and produce a statue commemorating the crusade's heroic resolution during a period of the solar month of December. More detailed information will be available at that time.

As this is like a diorama that's ok Coffee, but the Guardsman must be the focus. Perhaps you can appease the Emperor by having the xenos part of the statue badly damaged...
