I'm not quite sure what to do with the chainsword. The things I'm currently contemplating are: adding a pattern to the existing white, painting it to match the cloth, or doing it gold like the crozius. What do people reckon?

Hi, just joined Bolter and chainsword. The Model is awesome! The paint-scheme is really works well. I reckon you should add a pattern to the chainsword, it blends into the background on the photo. He's a Chaplin so i'd paint "repent" or "Smite" on the side in fance letters.

The idea for using flayed one claws for power armor lightning claws had been bouncing around in my brain for years. Took me awhile to get around to it. Eventually I'll add some heraldry onto his right shoulder pad when I can think of what to add.

I based him on a hirst art molds stair bit. I took another bit and broke it into pieces for the rubble effect.

After reading through this entire thread and laughing at my old models, drooling at some of the amazing wor here I am pleased to show off my master piece, the Chapter master Ryoto (For the how manyth time? :))

As the Chaos Lord Varthok's life faded, Ryoto crouched down and removed his own helmet, Varthok spit his blood at his face, but Ryoto did not even flinch "This world is Crimson Guardians territory, you shall never again corrupt this ground." Varthok muttered an obscenity and "You may win now, but Chaos ALWAYS WINS!" with the word, Ryoto grabbed the chaos lord's head and crushed his skull as though it was made of plaster, not superhuman bone.
