Kriegsmacht
I seen that cover before. Wasn't that the first RG novella they released years ago? Grey Angel
I seen that cover before. Wasn't that the first RG novella they released years ago? This was the second RG limited edition that they released. Apothecary Vaddon
It's not 'new', it's just a wider release of something that was limited edition. veterannoob
I picked up the audio this morning, not only because I'm a weak Collector, but also it has thrown a great narrator back in the loop again finally. One of first audios I ever listened to was Gav's Anaereon (sp) and John Banks did the male roles. He's talented and great to hear someone besides Gareth doing RG. Felix Antipodes
Apologies for not clarifying - meant 'new' general release not never seen before. Not everyone gets the LE release edition. Midgard
I got the limited release edition a while back, and thought it was one of Gav Thorpe's better works. While I did not really care for "Deliverance Lost", I thought that the two Raven Guard novellas were considerably better than the novel; I believe that this format seems to suit Thorpe's writing style well, and brings out the best in him. The novella is not by any means essential reading for the wider Heresy storyline, but it is enjoyable for what it is, and well written. HeritorA
'Flight of the Ravens' was and would be Gav's best HH stuff to date, till maybe 'Angels of Caliban' will take the mantle upon the release Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/317772-new-horus-heresy-novella-out-ravenlord/#findComment-4279158 Share on other sites
