Primaris techmarine for the base model, axe praetor arms.

Yes, yes, no. You're the only one who spotted the GSC hammer, but there's no SCE bits. The vambraces definitely have that look, but they're stock from the AoD praetor.

That praetor's awesome, so imposing and bulky. The hammered metal effect on the pauldron is brilliant, I'm really looking forward to seeing this guy painted!
