So is your plan for this list to drop your two Assault Squads with attached Chaplains close to the enemy, and then come in with the Storm Eagle Tacticals and Praetor later via reserve? I think that your approach to this army is really top heavy - having a full complement of expensive characters is not a good idea at lower points levels (as in, below 2000 points for Horus Heresy). The Chaplains really lower the body count in an army that already is low thanks to the high cost of Assault Marines, and I wouldn't be surprised if the cover save you get from the RoW doesn't help that much when your two 11 man squads without FNP get heavily reduced by enemy shooting. Since these are the only two targets on the board they are going to take everything your opponent has which is going to cripple you right away.

Here's what I'd recommend:

Day of Revelation is pretty unique compared to the other Jump Pack-based Rites of War because of how non-restrictive it is on your army selection. Both of the other Rites that favour JP Troops disallow a large selection of units - Angel's Wraith and Drop Assault Vanguard basically force you to take JP units, Flyers, and Skimmers only. This means that by choosing Day of Revelation you are opening the doors to taking Dreadclaw mounted Assault units, Outriders (Blood Rodeo style), and Assault Cannon Predators/Dreadnaughts.

I'd keep the JP element pretty basic... just a Praetor or Delegatus and two Assault Squads. Drop the Chaplains, the Tacticals, and the Storm Eagle.

You can take a Contemptor-Cortus in a Dreadnaught Pod, and use a unit of Javelins or Jetbikes as your Fast Attack. A Primaris Lightning could also work well as a way of cracking open enemy Land Raiders/Spartans. A Jump Pack Command Squad or Jump Pack Destroyers would also be not bad at all, since they benefit from the first Turn Deep Strike the same way the Assault Squads do. In the case of Jump Pack Destroyers, they would wound on 2s and be at +1 I on the charge.
