Garran Branatar unfinished

Hi all,

 

This is my work so far on the new deathwatch Branatar model. I think the green is a little bright, and I am a fan of the dark salamanders colour scheme, but overall I am pleased so far. If you guys have any feedback I would be glad to hear it. Also thanks to Kierdale's article on how to take good photos my poor I phone 4 didn't completely flop but the green is a tad paler than it is in real life...

Photos aren't too bad and he's looking good so far. I have to admit I am a fan of the darker, olive colour that gets used for Heresy but your green still looks cool.

Thanks, the green in real life is much darker and less pale. If I can find my digital camera I might be able to get some ones that get the green right.

Thanks mate! It's funny becuase I have actually never painted or played a terminator squad and Branatar was really enjoyable. I plan to get some for my blood ravens and what would a luna wolves army be without Justearins. For now I will just use him as a showcase but If I do a smaller remake of my sallies (They were my fist army when I was just learning to paint, so they look pretty sketchy) But I love their doctrines and background so I plan to do a small salamanders army (one I can actually pay for and finish painting) once I've finished my Blood Ravens
