Thrillhouse its white undercoat with a thin layer of Averland Sunset followed by a Seraphim Sepia wash and finaly two or three thin layers of Yriel Yellow. DaBoiKyknos Posted November 5, 2016 Share Posted November 5, 2016 Okay impressive, some may know that I once started a DIY-Chapter, which I wanted to write the background right, ages ago (ok not ages, but more than a year now). But everytime I made up my mind up about something, I have the idea for another army :P . (I don´t buy models for other ideas though, I´m not totally stupid or rich). For me the interesting part is always the ideas and the stories. I ask myself, if you collect so many armies- Do you even have favourites of some kind? The only difference, I play (seldom, because of a lack of willing partners) and paint/build on a by mood basis. I have a great interest in history thats why I tend to old things (30 not 40k). The Heresy got me finaly right that day I was reading about it in 2nd edition. Being a completionist doesnt help on that matter :D I have an Idea for the 2nd Legion and the 11th and there is a chance that I could be starting one, or more likely both in the future. Regarding my painting progress, I have started to paint my miniatures to what I call a 50% done status (base colours and washes). So far I have painted about 100 Miniatures that way.
