No news that I'm aware of. Not surprising though, with Magnus only coming next month. Looks like a novel per quarter, give or take, so we have Magnus, Perturabo and Lorgar, possibly Ferrus in 2017.

Perturabo now has a blurb on Amazon, did that get posted yet?

Perturabo, primarch of the Iron Warriors, is forced to crush his own home world rather than see it fall to rebellion.

Born to a life of political conflict, Perturabo was always considered a child prodigy among the people of Olympia – indeed, his philosophical and scientific works were beyond compare. But then, after his rediscovery by the Emperor and decades of thankless military campaigning on the Great Crusade, the primarch begins to resent his Legion’s place in the Imperium. When word reaches him of turmoil on his adoptive home world, he orders the Iron Warriors to abandon their campaign against the alien hrud and crush this emerging rebellion by any means necessary.

The blurb was posted on Monday.

'When word reaches him of turmoil on his adoptive home world, he orders the Iron Warriors to abandon their campaign against the alien hrud and crush this emerging rebellion by any means necessary.' - so that's the reason why Dantioch and his company has suffered so profoundly.

That's a much better explanation then the one - I will simply leave them to their fate. Here Perturabo does not look like a dick at least

I just hope we'll actually get a good glimpse at the Hrud in the opening chapters. Primogenitor mentioned them so much and I'd love to actually have more about them in the books. Maybe one day they'll be coming as a niche army too with all the mini factions GW has put out lately.

Looking forward to Dantioch at any rate

'good glimpse at the Hrud in the opening chapters.' - from the BL Live excerpt and Haley hints - that's exactly the case.

The point is even at the Times of GC how can you stop hrud migration without nuking whole sectors? Hrud shape time and space, they create temporal vortexes and break the universal physic. They age time. How do you stop that?

Since the Lion basically just got part of his own book and an incredible depiction to boot in Wolf King, I don't expect his to arrive anytime soon.

Furthermore, because of this I wouldn't mind if other Primarchs got a little more showing in his. Perhaps a couple of Primarchs are giving stories of their encounters with the Lion to another Primarch who is about to campaign with him for the first time.

It's better they give stories about ... Russ, how he behaved at Dulan and told that to every primarch who is about to campaign with him for the first or second time :)

As with Horus, showing him working with others might give us a proper image of him as "the consummate general"

Do these novels have ebook release dates?

6-8 months after limited edition would be released.

Want to see Angron before the nails.

Why? You could read/watch Spartacus - that's exactly what Angron was. His whole Pre-emperor story is a direct plagiat of Spartacus theme.

After the "abruptness" of a certain recent novel, Alpharius/Omegon could really use some kind of mythos story. Or something about his conversation/planning with Magnus that is hinted at in Seventh Serpent.

We already has 'Legion' - I think that one totally made the story AL need

Cool, really like this series, or the potential it has anyway. Guilliman was a bit meh, Russ was great though. Lorgar's will be about the second purge apparently, amongst other things. I've always wanted to read about the second purge so looking forward to that.

That's really uncharitable. Our first looks of Ferrus where about him getting confronted by his best buddy becoming a traitor and trying to convert him. He rushed in to bring him to justice, but he was also not fully supported by the others. Its not like he is the only Primarch to get overzealous about something like that.

The weird thing is, Ferrus was against the cold-mechanical path his sons were taking. There's plenty of room to show him as composed and trying to steer his Legion in the right direction (something he wanted to dedicate himself further to after Isstvan, but never had the chance).

Yeah, man, but he also instituted the Medusan Immortals, which seems a bit rough. It's not as thought it was a unit reserved for cowards, or even for those who failed their mission but survived; you could get assigned there simply for nearly dying in battle, apparently for the sin of not actually dying.

I'd like to see more dimension for Ferrus Manus, too, but there's no denying he was himself often cold and mechanical in his anger.

I'm very excited to see more of Ferrus.

What I would love to see?

A superior warlord, a caring brother to some, a cold but furious rage against the enemies of mankind, maybe the battle (forgot it's name) from the FW books in which he fought against AT-AT -ish walkers. ^^

Bit off topic but which novels are covering Ferrus besides Fulgrim? Was there anything decent I might have missed?

So the next two are

Magnus - Graham McNeil

Perturabo - Guy Haley

any others confirmed yet?

In order of release:

Magnus - Graham McNeil first

Perturabo - Guy Haley second

Lorgar  - by Thorpe third

Ferrus Manus by Guymer - fourth

4 primarchs books in a year with 3 subsequent paperback/ebooks releases 5 months after LE release

I'm very excited to see more of Ferrus.

What we wonna see - is the Conqueror, famous warlord, unrelenting and victorius Primarch and not the raging moronic primarch from Fulgrim

Halfway into Leman Russ - awesome book.

I'm really enjoying how the Lion is represented, too.

I hope they keep up this quality standard - but then again, Wraight is probably currently one of their best writers.
