There was once a GW staffer in one of the stores who scratch built a Dreadnought using bitz, back when you could order specific parts. he gave the Dreadnough some fluff, stating that Stern was entombed in a Dreadnought so she could carry on her fight against the Imperium's enemies. I've still got a lot of work to do, highlights, freehand etc. Â But she's looking good so far and hasn't come out looking like a black and red space marine. For the moment the missile launchers are going to be count as Ironclad Assault Launchers until I can figure out a good way to convert the actual assault launcher bits, which I left off on purpose so I could get the iconography on. Drider Posted April 25, 2017 Author Share Posted April 25, 2017 Not been doing much in the way of 40k hobby stuff as i've recently bought a 3d printer most of my time has been spent tinkering with that rather than 40k stuff.  I thought I'd post up a little something I've been working on.  An immolator turret conversion bit for the sororitas rhino turret thingy. Rather than making a clone of the mk2 immolator turret I was inspired by the mk1 immolator turret and it's big armour plate. Although I've put the weapon mounts in around about the same place as the mk2 turret.
