Deathstorm Drop Pod

At a later date I plan on completing the normal Drop Pod internals and making it switchable when needed.  For now, this will do.

I love me a Deathstorm drop pod and yours looks fantastic, along with the rest of the army.

Thank you both, much appreciated :thumbsup:

Cheers, and they come with the BA Leviathan kit

It's true! I didn't remember that. BA were the few legions that own sn specific Leviathan model.

BTW, and not related to the painting, is worthy having a full shooting Leviathan? Asking in general, an open question to all

I'd say that BA or Fists do it best with the assault cannons s they're a massive improvements over the volkite (but costly) however shooty dreads are powerful - the BA twin autocannon+assault cannon one has been deadly for me, wth 20 shots, all capable of penetrating a spartan, and putting a lot of wounds on infantry. Never used the twin melta one, but 8 melta shots is very dangerous and would kill most tanks within 9", and do damage to terms.

I’m so in awe of the commitment and constant progress. Could we have an updated army shot some time?

Cheers, and I am due one as it's been a few years since my last one. I suppose I could do a HH only line-up, but given I blur the line across both 30k and 40k with my army...

Possibly when I have time

Great work, those are some nice Cataphractii. And as I mentioned before I like the decision to keep the trim the same as the rest of the armour.

Thanks again, and doing it this way fits in with the rest of my force (I gave up on trim years ago painting bikes!)

Very nice, as always.

I always get a nice shot of nostalgia when I see your bases.

What are you using for them, if you don't mind me asking? Surely you don't have pots of Goblin Green around still?

Thanks, and yes, that's authentic Goblin Green on the rims and a lot of the base texture is sand.
