The colours of your Dark Eldar scheme complement one another well, the Morathi conversion works very nicely too.

Oh man, that's nice. Real nice!

I love that conversion.

Thank you very much! I'm not sure about the head just yet so I might still tweak that

Subtle but effective conversion, The stillness of the model + the blank face mask makes it very menacing.

Thanks dude! It does remind me of the old Haemonculus model a bit

That Khârn conversion looks ace! The only thing i would add is cabling around the neck.

The dark eldar colour scheme looks suitably eary for them. Look forward to seeing more!

I will give the cabling idea a look, I could see like a thing like Forgeworld Angron model.

I was worried they'd look too garish but I'm glad they've turned out well

Really like the colour scheme for your DE, the Succubus and Morathi conversion are looking brilliant. I love the blank faceplates.

That Morathi conversion is really effective! I love the look you've achieved by leaving off those silly wing ornaments and using the blank mask: She's quite a character now: rake thin, ramrod straight, and pretty creepy! :smile.:

Thanks guys!

I've had an idea for a Pretorian tank platoon. Each tank will be personalised and have their own names, probably old Britsh ship names, like Warrior and Victory.

Here's my Pask conversion:

THAT DUDE HAS A PIPE! That is awesome!

I think it's the angle the picture was taken at but I thought the fella in back was staring into the back of your Pask's head with magnoculars.

Thanks dude! It was very fiddly.

I think it's just the angle, he's looking just over his head. He's just making sure he doesn't have a bald spot ;)

Here's some Incubi that I've very minimally converted for my Dark Eldar. I want to try to include more elf units/parts in my Dark Eldar rather than them be mostly all spikes to give them more character. C&C very welcome

With KillTeam coming up, I've been very motivated and hyped to start a Red Corsairs KillTeam. Red Corsairs have always been my favourite Chaos Faction  and killteam seems to be the best way to represent their "melting pot" style. This may also prompt me to start up Red Corsairs as I've been umming and erring over them for nearly 2 years now, who am I kidding? This will definitely spiral out of control into an army. I already have plans and most of the parts to make aHuron Conversion to beef him up a bit.

Anyways here's my killteam minus a leader and still a little amount of work left to do, C&C always welcome

For the Leader I think I'll go with an ex Astral Claw for a trusted lieutenant of Huron

Nice start on your kill team. That's some slick kitbashing you did. I like the idea of a former Astral Claw as the leader. Definitely interested in seeing that mini.

Looking back over your log I think you have provided me with an idea on how I will start my Eldar Corsair kill team when the time comes!

Thanks man! I'm not too sure how I'm going to do the leader, I want to make him look brutal as he's an ex astral claw but I want him to look like he knows what he's doing and not just a raging combat guy

I would go with pistol to the side. Bolter resting on a sword for firing is very odd.

Or maybe find a different angled right hand and give it an open fist, since he has a pistol holstered already. Or if you aren't worried about WYSIWYG pop a shield into that right hand like a buckler. Maybe hint that this warrior prefers this style after years in Tyrant's Legion as a retaliator.

Aside from that your leader is looking sweet!

I agree, the plasma pistol looks better in my opinion. On a different note, nice to see some Red Corsairs around! Huron's lot doesn't seem to be very popular, so I'm always excited when I see them pop up on a forum. A really nice assembly of miniatures - each of them radiates character.

Thanks guys, I'm thinking that I'll probably try the buckler I like the brutal look of sword and small shields on Space Marines.

It is nice to see more of the tyrant's legion pop up all of a sudden, lots for more me to get inspiration from!

Nice thread buddy. Didn’t know this was here.

I’m looking forward to your Huron.

You got some really nice characters here. The missile launcher firing is great, how did you do it?

The plasma pistol to the side possibly is better for his charging pose. Also emphasises that sword which has a pirate feel to it. Appropriately for Red Corsairs.

I really like a project which allows you to do one of each chapter/Legion it’s a lot of fun. Nice work.

Thanks man, I was trying to see if I could get one of the sabres from the upgrade kits on FW but it probably would have looked too piratey.

The missile launcher firing bit is just from a space marines devastator set
