And thus my watch is ended...

Helverins, imperial knight renegade

Dice, cards.

That's everything I thought/said was coming.

Helverins look ace. May be taking 4 of those into the army...

Thanks for all the memories, lol

Well, for what its worth. Thanks for everything you shared with us. I really appreciate it.

I don't think there is another variant for the armiger.

Looking at the releases I never saw mention of canis rex or the terrain piece on the sheet.

But I suspect they were shown as they will appear on the website by being mustered separately even though they are *presumably* a dual kit.

There is another weapon option for the Dominus set though that we've not seen yet apparently ;-)

YAAAS! :P Do you have any sort of clue what it is?

Part of obsessing over the new pictures I've tried my hand at making a size comparison between the new and old, doing so noticed a few things.

The Dominus isn't just taller than the classic knight because of its added bulk on top from its top carapace, It's got fairly meatier legs. The hips are larger and further apart, and the legs go much more straight down than to the sides, so the hip section is a bit further up than the original knight. The legs looks sturdier in general, all the way down to having larger feet.

The upper torso is slightly bulkier as well with the arms a fair bit further apart. The double melta on each side fit well inside the torso frame before the arm sections begin

Valrak posted some rumoured prices on his twitter. Might be true, it all looks plausible

Codex £25

Datacards £10

Datasheet £10

Battlegauge £7.50

Dice £12.50

Castellan/Valiant £100

2x Helverin £45

Sacristian Forgeshrine £25

Renegade £120

Renegade is just a fantastic deal if those prices are right. I'm sad to say i don't need more normal knights. I also love the fact the big boys aren't stampeding away with their costs.

Helverins are really good value too. Two for just slightly more than a Redemptor? Makes me a bit concerned wether it'll have all the options in it. (imperial/mechanicum plating, warglaive loadout options)

I hope that we see very soon an official side by side picture of the  IK vs Dominus because on the picture where we see them near an armiger, I don't think they are taller than the normal IK. This is my main disapointment. I expected a cerastus like (taleer but thinner ) to have some real diversity. But no. :-(  And I don't want third party/FW mini with no rules (and mostly not accepted in tourneys)

The cerastus is taller but way thinner: the slim look gives also something different while being still same look'n feel

I agree. And I dislike them for this fact. They make the GW knights look squat by comparison when they're together. It's the same reason I cannot mix Primaris and old marines. But to each own.

Same, I actually quite dislike the design of the FW knights. They look more eldar in design than imperial to me

The Sacristan Forgeshrine is much cheaper than I anticipated if it comes with all the spare stuff (escape pod, ammo crates and bombs, medicae servitor, the tractors, a plasma pipe). If they didn't recut some sprues that's a lot of cool bits at great value.

Also, I love the Mechanicus measuring tool. I must have that.

You get one Warden with every option and one Paladin with thermal, rapid fire battlecanon and chainsword.

Is there some kind of upgrade sprue or something like this, so I can have two Knights with every option?

There is a sprue, but it's not available desperately currently. They pop up on trading sites or eBay occasionally, bit the last one I saw on EBay went for just under 40 quid!
