Industrial Tzaangors parts spitball

Hi, i’m looking to mangle a box of Tzaangors in order to make them “more 40k”

The idea I have is for Tzaangors which have access to standard civilian equipment and scavenged weapons, so I can represent “Tzaangors with Tzaangor blades” in a more techy way.

 

I’d initially hoped to use Cadian trousers hacked to hell along with pig iron Chainaxes, however they don’t look like they would scale well to the 32mm model.

Anyone have suggestions for first or third party bits which could be kitbashed on?

For weapons you can't go far wrong than Anvil Industries.

Genestealer Acolytes are a similar size and share a bestial body shape. They might be a good source of parts; and the space-miner aesthetic would help sell the slightly more techy idea.

Does anyone know a good bitz store?

 

For S4 AP-1 CCW equivalents i’m thinking Chainaxes but they’re 28’s as well. Anyone know something else with similar stats?
