Or sort of falling off something with one leg connected by tip toes to a random piece of sticking up terrian and the other bent as far into the body as it will go which they seem to think indicates running/charging, but really makes very little bio-mechnical sense and just looks off.

I'm guessing the second pic is for the lols. They'll be swappable hands and the one holding a hat is intended for the hatless head, but if you really want to you can make it look like she's offering someone the opportunity to be her hat twin.

Those scouts. Damn. I just bought palanite enforcers to build my scouts. If only they'd have moved a bit quicker.

Does the 37mm mean Primaris size?

Well, I just measured out 37mm which would lead me to believe they're more 'regular' scout size. Which makes sense as Scouts are not (yet) a Primaris thing.

Artel mentioned before that they would be bigger than their Enforcers, but smaller than the Chaplain. That was during the design phase, so whether that actually pans out remains to be seen.
