Inq28, Kill Team & Necromunda

Greetings all! 

Thought I would share some of my latest pieces for my skirmish games in the 40k verse.7

 

 

 

This is an Inq28 project.. not sure on exactly what is what yet, and nothing is finished. 

 

 

A Black Legion kill team for the new game - I have more miniatures ready, but I'm holding off to committing more time until I've at least read the rules over. 

 

 

 

 

Space Marines - a mix of Primaris, true scale tacticals and a lonely Scout!

 

 

Death Guard - these haven't been purpose built, just cobbled together from what I had from Dark Imperium etc.

 

 

 

 

 

My Genestealers from the Kill Team starter... I've wanted some of these models for so long but never got around to it until now!

And I love seeing the epic minis being used as a hololith. I really need to steal that idea one day.

Thanks! I've done it a couple of times actually, I have loads of the epic marines still on the sprue but I don't tend to show them off together because it loses the cool factor seeing so many.

I managed to finish what I have so far with my GSC, so without further adieu I present The Children of the Obsidian Dawn

 

 

 

I bought two starters so I have plenty more I can make but for now I think this will be it, I have a club I'm hoping to make it too on Thursday night so I', hoping to have my first game of Kill Team then.

Update time, I've not had a lot of spare time for my own stuff.. I've been painting Kingdom Death stuff for my local gaming club. 

 

I managed a few extra gribblies for my GSC team; 

 

 

 

 

As well as getting some paint on my Lady Inquisitor 

 

 

 

 

 

The idea behind her is that she is wearing a porcelain death mask of her mentor. I'm not happy with the sword, still struggling to paint natural coloured flames! On a positive note, I think with her I've settled on what my Sisters colour scheme will be when their new line drops next year! 

 

 

 

In the building department, I've been working on more Death Guard because I've decided to expand the army out;

 

 

Pretty standard conversions so far, but as I said I've not had much spare time lately. 
Finally, though I don't have any decent photos yet I've been working on creating a modular Kill Team board that I'm pretty excited to get cracking on! 

 

I'm off to club on Monday to try out a game of AT, so I suspect there could be some teeny tiny Titans in my future as well.
