Brother Dallo
Looking good. I like the combination of the Aquila on the carapace and the Eye of Horus on the shoulders. There would have been a time where both were displayed alongside one another proudly. Â What's next for your Legio? Fajita Fan
I don’t love the shade of green used by that legio but your technique is top notch.  *stares at my pile of models* Lord Raven 19 and Captain Semper 2 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/350330-captain-sempers-adeptus-titanicus-project/page/6/#findComment-5180039 Share on other sites

There would have been a time where both were displayed alongside one another proudly.  What's next for your Legio?  Dallo  Three more Warhounds - one is in a fairly advanced stage and then the Reavers!  I don’t love the shade of green used by that legio but your technique is top notch. *stares at my pile of models* Thank you! :)  You don’t like the green of the Legio or my interpretation of it? To me it looked like Tamyia Field Grey - a green/grey shade... I’ve seen others opting for a more teal approach... Achinadav
Oedium Aeturnium is lovely! Stellar work. Fajita Fan
I love a good medium or Dark Angels green but olive or grayish greens don’t do it for me. I’m weird, I don’t like desaturated colors. Captain Semper
Oedium Aeturnium is lovely! Stellar work. Mine are less than half done still :( Thanks! :)  My only suggestion: keep going!  I love a good medium or Dark Angels green but olive or grayish greens don’t do it for me. I’m weird, I don’t like desaturated colors. Rolltonotdie
Looking great! I like the thick/thin stripes, breaks the carapace up nicely and is something a little different Captain Semper 1 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/350330-captain-sempers-adeptus-titanicus-project/page/6/#findComment-5180152 Share on other sites
Captain Semper
Thx! I tried to emulate the art in the book - hence the different thickness in the stripes... I enjoyed it and it’s good fun to try it out. :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/350330-captain-sempers-adeptus-titanicus-project/page/6/#findComment-5180160 Share on other sites
Fajita Fan
I might actually try stripes, I keep seeing people good at it and I don’t want to ruin it. :( Captain Semper 1 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/350330-captain-sempers-adeptus-titanicus-project/page/6/#findComment-5180161 Share on other sites

Captain Semper
Haha, I know - they are awesome models and well priced... also they come with all weapon combos! :woot:  Edit: you’ll also do a much better job at it, I bet! Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/350330-captain-sempers-adeptus-titanicus-project/page/6/#findComment-5180168 Share on other sites

Captain Semper
Thx man! Fajita Fan
They really do go together fast, the legs are only a couple of pieces, the weapons are simple and the torso is a snap. It’s the polar opposite of the damn Reaver. Captain Semper
Thx everyone!  Very nice, gorgeous. Will you be adding a banner? Hmm... I want to, but I’m cautious. Designing the banner is a challenge in its own right, but the hanging mechanism is what really concerns me... Mendi Warrior
Absolutely. With regards to the hanging mechanism, maybe you can use sewing thread around the two little pistons and glue them to the banner. That's my "immediate" idea. Captain Semper
Thank you man, and don’t despair - just stick to it. You won’t believe what a few hours of straight work can do. And more so if you repeat them the day after... Captain Idaho
It's not the quantity I despair of rather I chose a Legio with a white scheme...
