Hello guys!
I advanced a bit on my Angels of Darkness so I figured i might took some pics of them to share (even if they are a bit blurry)

Here is the complete primaris side of the army all in basic green and bone. Its quite nice looking at these minis like this as I always struggle to set on a colour scheme. It feels like an actual progression and not just that i'm delving into something again just to back from it as always.

The First Lieutenant. I used an ETB intercessor with some dark angel bits and a 40mm base to set him apart. Now i have to think on something for his heraldry and armour

The second Lieutenant. I like this one too, as he looks more taciturn than the other, which looks a bit more aggresive. Again, i need to come up with something for his heraldry.

I was thinking to add something to the characters to set them apart even more than the other minis, maybe freehanding something on the biggest part of the armours, like carved filigree on real life armour? what do you guys think?

As there is little i can do on the modeling side (as you may have noticed) i kinda want to use paint to make them stand out as I feel that is my strong point.

On the meantime, a distraction:

The angels need an enemy, i suppose...

Cheers!

Love how that first lieutenant is pointing as if staring down a chaos champion and going "Listen here, you little :censored: !"

XD

I guess it works then :p

I finally got to finish the First Intercessor Squad, so i thought i might share a pic of them with the Gravis Master as those are the only finished things I have so far

I hope you like them.

A very striking force. The bases really work well for them. Have you done freehand for all the iconography? If so, very impressed!

Thank you brother.

Yes, everything is freehanded as I have two left thumbs when dealing with decals.

I still have to think of a way to decorate more the bases because they look quite simple I think...

Any ideas?

Cheers!
