I was planning on doing the same, putting little foam rows inside to store all the parts inside!  Ultimately, hobby shop bud made a much more amazing thing, without being asked.

 

Steve is definitely a maniac, far and away outdid himself. Especially, like you guys said, with the transport option. Throwing an extra $100 his way, easy, for this crackin' amazing job on all fronts.

The time has come, gents. The big S.O.B. in all its glory, sans the decal work still; was too lazy today.

It had its first outing in my largest non-old-school-apocolypse game to date in my 40k career. A 15k game of an alliance of three 2500pt guard armies (Tallarn, Krieg, and Catachan) vs 7500pts of smurfs, and a Knight.  I'll make a post about that another time, because it'll be long winded. I have many pics of it!
