FEBRUARY SUMMARY

February saw 35 Frater returning to take up the challenge, and two new participants joining the campaign. The 37 participants vowed total of 219 models, of the 37 Frater, we had 36 complete their tasks, and 201 models. Managing over 200 models, two months in a row is a fantastic achievement, everyone, give yourselves a pat on the back

It was a really hard decision for the Favourite this month between toaae's superbly painted Mephiston, and Dr_Ruminahui's outrageously colourful Dark Apostle and Disciples. After quite a bit of flipping between the submissions, join me in congratulating toaae, this months Favourite.

Campaign Summary

The Imperial Forces have maintained their numerical advantage, and have added more Attack / Defensive to their Forces, and have managed to complete 108 models for January, with Chaos completing 60 models, and Xenos completing 33 models.

The Imperium have managed to maintain their CP advantage too, earning 59CP for this month, 5 more than last month. The Chaos Forces managed to incease their CP this month to 31CP, with the Xenos Forces also increasing their CP to 22CP for the month.

Much the same as January, both the Chaos and Xenos Factions lack the number of participants to match the Imperium, perhaps the enemy of my enemy is my .... not enemy?

The Hunter spoke, tones of wailing anguish, rapturous ecstasy and unbridled malice woven together into a twisted chorus of voices, echoing hauntingly through the night as the warrior stalked forwards, the ground writhing as if the world itself was in agony for each step taken, before falling still forevermore.

For March my vow is to paint 2 Deathwatch Intercessor Sergeants (They're Lieutenants really but I've rebased them on 32mm bases so now they're Sergeants )

One is  a Howling Griffon and the Other is a Silver Templar.

Plodding Along is for larger projects that you don't intend on starting and finishing in the same month, Lords of War, Terrain etc. Mine is to work through my copious amounts of mkIV marines

Now, I'm being a bit cheeky here, as those photos were taken a week ago (I knew I'd be really busy this weekend and wouldn't get a chance to take nice photos) and there's been a bit of progress since, but they're still not complete. Grimaldus is almost done, bar small touch-ups and fixing his candles (I've realised I did the flame gradient upside down), and the Servitors are still at the stage of blocking out colours that makes them look like they were painted by a four year old.
