My first filmed battle report! Grey Knights vs Eldar

Hello again, Sons of Titan! I have taken my first step into the world of filming battle reports. I think it went okay! This game was a really good one. I would absolutely love to hear your feedback, my friends.

90-24 is... sad to here my friend. What do you think you could of done differently? A librarian or Chaplain would of helped to deny some of his psychic stuff, like the doom he rerolled.

 

You seem like a nice guy to play against with all your "fluff" rules. I was gonna comment on some rules discrepancies but seems like you guys just liked to have fun and you really gave him a lot of free passes.

I could've done all sorts of things differently. Honestly, my prep for this match was not great. I mostly just wanted to bring units that I liked to show them off! Someday soon I will rematch against Craftworld Slai'Tannan and I will prepare properly. Typically, I bring a Chaplain with Refrain of Convergence specifically to deny Doom!

 

I would love to hear about any rules discrepancies you caught! 9th is still pretty fresh for us and we're still rolling it around in our minds. I may chiefly focus on fluff, but I am also a competitive player. I went 3-1 at LVO with my Grey Knights this year.

I can't remember off the top of my head now, however at the time of watching the report, I did question some things. But you kinda went about it in a fun fluffy way and it didn't seem to bother either of you playing.

 

I'm yet to play against Eldar or Dark Eldar (I can't remember their new names, let alone bring myself to call them that) but they seem super scary in the right hands, with a lot of potential to really make 9th edition their own. In fact, none of my mates bother taking psykers against me I simply deny most things, even more so now that they have the abhor the witch secondary as an option. So I've never felt the pain of having my own shenanigans applied against me. Being shot to sh*t however, I know that feeling all too well.
