New Project - Carrick's Raptors WIP

After many years of working on my Space Wolves, I've decided to start a new project. I've always loved the Raptors and after seeing Luther's amazing Raptors I've decided to give them a go.

 

I've got a ton of Primaris Marines that I've not painted yet so I'm doing a company of pure Primaris Raptors.

I have a soft spot for these olivegreen tacticool marines. So very opposite my templars in many ways. Will be watching.

I too was inspired by Luthers amazing Raptors so I look forward to seeing a fellow Raptor players work.

Progress!

 

 

 

 

Am loving the process of building up the shading on the armour using Luther's methods. Am going for a matt black metal finish on the weapons much like modern military weapons. Need to do some more decals, eye lenses, final highlights and some weathering.
