Hey IFF, you might want to have a look at the Nook, it's currently the place on the board for games.

 

To be honest, I don't think there are any games recruiting at the moment, but any that do start up will probably have a thread started in the Club for advertising for players, so if you keep an eye out there you'll be aware of anything new?

 

As to BC, we do have 1 game currently running (but on hiatus while other games are being played), I don't know if there is any room for new players if and when that kicks back off...?

Don't know if you've had the chance to take a look IFF, but we're putting together a small group of interested parties to join a Black Crusade Game over in the Nook. Feel free to pop across and scope it out and let us know what you think.

Knowledge/Experience of Rules:
I've yet to play in a dedicated '40K' - themed campaign, but have played in a few D&D campaigns & have been an avid 'play-by-post' roleplayer on the 'Nationstates' forums for over two decades.  In terms of 40K lore, I've burned through a good amount of the 'Horus Heresy' series as well as anything & everything Deathwatch, Inquisition/Rogue Trader, Raven Guard, or Dark Angels - related in the official book series.

 

I may have some 'Wrath & Glory' rulebooks somewhere on a hard drive, but am willing to purchase/pirate copies of whatever is needed.  

Other Pertinent Information:
I really enjoy writing & especially enjoy 'shared narrative' projects ('War of the False Primarch' was great fun).  I rarely get time to play 40K these days, but my interests lately are Space Marines (Raven Guard, Dark Angels, Deathwatch), Chaos Marines (Night Lords, Alpha Legion) & the Inquisition.  I'm generally available in the evenings & tend to post responses to roleplay threads at least once per week.

Good day to you, Sablehurst! It's always great to hear from new PBP-ers! (whether new to the board or new to the games!)

 

I'd recommend checking out The Nook Club, which is the current home of the majority of PBP on the B+C.

 

We've got 1 game in the pipeline (an Only War game) and I think all the player slots are taken, but new games start fairly regularly so it's worth keeping your eye open?
