I, Dwango, embark on the 12 Months of Hobby Challenge, and for the month of November pledge to complete 5 deathwing companions, 5 deathwing companions with jump packs, 4 tartaros deathwing companions, 3 praetors and 1 armistos for the heresy era Dark Angels by month's end. 

 

Other than getting Corswain and creating a squad of Firewing Enigmatus Cabal I should complete my plodding along vow and all my infantry for my DA force. Just Tanks to do after that

My Librarian is complete... But its 11pm here so transfers and base tomorrow.

So, long story short, I finished the Necrons.  About two weeks later then hoped but, other then bases, they are done.  I hope to get them based in the next week or so but for now I am done on them.  I don't think I can bring myself to work on them any longer.  For now at least.

 

 

So with a couple of weeks behind but, due to a few issues beyond my control my next delivery will be delayed, I shall follow the Imperium train for now with a Phobos Librarian as my first vow for November:

These will round out all my squads to full strength. Whether I get them all done this month we shall see... I want to "Finish" my 4th for this year as I plan on starting a new Ultramarines Company in January.

 

Just need to decide 2nd, 3rd or 5th.

12 models down, 27 to go, 9 weeks to go--that's a nice round 3 models per week. If I can knock these flayers out in two, that'll be a right handy time-saver, methinks.

For November I'm rolling forward the Ad mech I didn't get to this month (three Kataphrons and two priests) and adding an EC Contemptor dreadnought.

If I end up with more time I might start a grey Knight Stormraven or some Zone Mortalis Walls, but they are almost certainly not going to get finished so will turn up in December

So somehow November is one third gone, and I am yet to even contemplate picking up a brush.

 

So snagged this second hand at auction at the local store on the cheap, so am going to try and dedust/undust/whatever it is called and probably replace the HF with a MM if I can find a suitable part in my bits box (or just do without). Strip it if I can, or just prime over and then do a test tank colour scheme for my 7th Rhûnish Dragoons project.
