Excellent! Thank you. That's the plan, that they're slightly less "officially" equipped due to being on a Frontier World and maintained by a pretty lean operation headed by a Magos who would prefer less oversight.

Not a model update, but a new post from yours truly in the Special Projects forum regarding the planet Dalarna, home of my frontier-based Skitarii builds, but can serve as a setting just as well for the VG's themselves, but the details of how they end up on this planet such that the two factions interact will have be filled out in due time. 

 

For now, it can be known Skitarii are under the command of the Magos mentioned in the post, a bad guy is obviously up to no good. He'll get a model and some more lore soon I hope!

Cutting up Brother Garus’ torso has changed me. 
 

Tiny bit of the edge of the mechadendrite censers diced up to create an input, and then I gently bent the tubing from the omnispex arm to fit into the back part of the Neophyte Hybrid suit. Took forever, and of course I nearly broke it and wanted to give up the whole time.

All in all, a huge success!
 

WIP Voidsmen or something with this Rockgrinder passenger body I ended up having a duplicate of.

Except for that GSC symbol, of course. I have a few ideas for what to put there, same problem as the rest of these new builds. Wristwatch bits, IH upgrade dials, or I might try sculpting some sort of icon in its place. I could always keep cutting and add some belt stuff to cover it up entirely. We’ll see. 
 

Thinking this could be the start of a counts as Voidsmen squad. Maybe he’s on the ship that brings my newest Inquisitor to Dalarna to investigate the rogue Magos. I still haven’t figured out what kind of heresy he’s doing, anyway. 
 

I am still doing the rest of the Skitarii as well, having been just waiting on Rockgrinder passenger bodies.

I would think cutting a little inquisitorial "I" out of plasticard and gluing it there would be relatively straight forward, much like how I put little chaos stars on my genestealer cultists bases chaos cultists.

This is number 8. I have an arc rifle conversion almost done and then I’ll need one more regular Ranger. I have all the bits for both, so those are next.
