The plan is to lay some firepower on my opponent as i slowly secure the board with hard to shift units. Typhon goes with the gravewardens (which are troops in this list, can only select them as heavy support on battlescribe) , one of the apothecarys joins the deathshroud, the other joins the 20 man tactical squad. The siegebreaker will hang out with the Hss to give them sunder. Billy Butcher Posted January 20, 2023 Share Posted January 20, 2023 Unless you can't (i.e. already have the squad) I'd change the Autocannons for Lascannons - I'd be wanting ranged AP2 firepower myself, I'd probably pay for the cost by dropping a few grave wardens. Lascannons are a pretty good recommendation, thought about dropping the scorpius squadron though, i think i want to keep the autocannons though, they are being joined by the siegebreaker and gain sunder, makes them pretty damn good against vehicles, they are even able to score pen's against a spartan with flare shield (or similar), which lascannons cannot Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I think we have shown in other threads that apothecaries cannot join terminator squads. Or am I mis-remembering the last edition? At the very least I think this will lose some buffs for the unit. Thank you! Ouh damn, your right, just looked it up, the apothecary cant join any kind of terminator unit, have to make some changes then, i suppose. Any recommendations? Hmmm, lascannons are pretty good, but i dont know, it would change the list as id want it, because where would i put the siegebreaker then? He got no other good place in that list. Right now you’ve got more than a quarter of your army in those Grave Wardens with Typhon. Are you sure they can get to be where they need to be? Are they overkill? Can they be fed cheap units so they never make their points back? I’m thinking can we slim them down to find a few points for anti-dreadnought tricks. Even a castraferrum of your own?
