Currently making my way through an AoD box and wanted some feedback/suggestions on a Black Reaving RoW list. The list has a Recon Squad holding DZ, Tacticals + Dreads holding the line, Reavers w/ Apoth + Justaerin on the offensive. Current considerations I have are dropping one of the Dreads and some upgrades for a second 5man Justaerin squad for more deepstrike/charge interactions. TheDodger Posted January 22, 2023 Author Share Posted January 22, 2023 (edited) Possible alternatives to this is changing the Praetor to Abaddon and stripping units elsewhere to make up the points. This means that the Retinue and the Justaerin Squad would Deepstrike to either hold mid or push for enemy DZ with Reavers. The other option is swapping a dread for a 2nd Justaerin squad. Meaning the retinue would not have Deepstrike but still be able to hold DZ or move up if needed, with the 2 Justaerin squads Deepstriking to support Reavers or onto priority targets.
