Yes, but that book is now no longer valid for Matched Play according to the Content Validity document. So, there are no rules technically available for the Inquisition because Octarius overrode the previous 8th ed Psychic Awakening: Pariah and 9th ed White Dwarf Inquisition rules. The only Inquisitor who could have had current rules is last year's store anniversary model Inquisitor Cartavolnus, who came with his own datasheet, but is Legends only.

Agents of the Imperium was marked in green. I assume they are still valid.

Agents of the Imperium in Psychic Awakening: War of the Spider are the Imperial Assassins, not Inquisition.
