I've got this in mine but will see if there's an updated one, could've been handy to help Banshees swing. They're going to struggle into most targets I think! A Skyleaper with Reaper Launcher can hang back, generate CPs and generally remain unhittable whilst plinking away at the enemy. He is also fast enough to grab uncontested Objectives. At a pinch you can move him up to bolster LD of units that are below half strength or even charge into combat if absolutely necessary. I think Banshee Mask and Star Glaive is probably the best loadout as he is still pretty squishy at T3 so striking before the enemy is likely to help keep him alive. Still, it gives you a 10+3D6" average threat range from the Falcon or 16+2D6" if you use Matchless Agility. If the Falcon moves up a bit on T1, that is a big threat area that can potentially include 2 Objectives so the enemy will have to take a risk if they want to take one. Honestly, the banshee mask isn't really that good on an fly-tarch in 10th. Fights first is a great ability, but only on defense as a charging model already has fights first... and if they're in charge range, they're in range to shoot your T3 4W squishy model. Not only that, but if you're the one doing the charging, the mask does absolutely nothing! This all being said, since you're forced to take the vastly inferior banshee blade to have access to the mandiblasters (which is just stupid), you may as well take the free banshee mask. I guess my point is to not expect much from the mask, unlike 9th. I really like the reaper launcher idea though! it's a bit better on the foot-tarch as an opponent might actually charge a squad of guardians to try to contest an objective.
