Looking for ideas: Apothecary backpack

I'm remaking some Apothecaries made from scratch and I want to put on them the traditional backpack. I want to make from scratch too, but I lack of inspiration or ideas. Which bits are most recommended? The light is easy with Necromunda's Delaque targeters, but the "scanner"?

There was a targeter bit that came as part of the Rhino pintle mounted missile launcher that I once used for my jump pack 'cary, about the right size and looked well enough the part. There's also the iron halo from the SM Centurion kit that has some small scanner looking type stuff on it.

Maybe the targeter from the Imperial Fist's upgrade pack?

Although rarer to have spare, the sponson targeters from Astartes/Sororitas Predators/Castigators would also work well.

Stuff from GSC range and Incrusor bits can be good sources too:

- Light marker (Machine gun accesories) or spotlight (especially the shoulder mounted bulb):

Yep, that's the exact part, though I did use the full two part bit since the surface was large enough. I want to say the "lamp" piece is from a Boxnought kit, but I could be wrong.

Looks like the searchlight from the vehicle upgrade sprue (and Dreadnought kit)
