I don't think in lore a regular human can resist the effects of the Stealer Kiss, and I don't think a GS Cultist is afraid of anything any more... ...so either it isn't that, or she's faking? Setting a trap for us? Seems really unlikely considering how she helped against the previous Hordes in the hangar, but I guess not impossible? Edit: I don't know, but I just can't see her being a GS Cultist... they're too drone-like, whereas she seems very individual and innovative... it just doesn't quite fit? I don't think any of us have the skills necessary to examine the wound and determine its origin? (Unless Bhael-IV is here somewhere?) But it could be almost anything! Any Player can murder-hobo anyone they want, that's completely up to them - splatticate NPC's as you feel.
