Legion's home worlds, and approx size in the Heresy

Time ago, I found this pic here, about the Legions, their Primarchs, home world(s), colour scheme/heraldry and approximately size at the begging of the Heresy (More or less around Istvaan III Atrocity time).

Not perfect, but still quite useful. Specially for people who start in Horus Heresy

I might be mistaken but your Word Bearers numbers might be significantly off. Unless you're going for their official numbers, I think their recruitment in secret put them in the top their of the legions, at least numerically.

Not "My numbers",first of all. I don't know exactly the sources used, and When are used. In my opinion the WB numbers are quite low too. But according to this, not so low. If the author used those,maybe decided to be more conservative.

From a quick scan, most of those match up with what wad written in the Black books. Word Bearers at 100k is probably their starting point before they ramp up the recruitment.
