Ialandranth Veilseeker

 

That the guardian was here raised questions as to the humans involvement, they would have been no match individually but their numbers were vast and their nature would have seen it hunted despite the cost.

 

Ialandranth flickered between realities covering the distance to the dark kin in an instant, Ialathial was correct in his assessment.

 

Run - 60m max distance - if the middle-east greenery offers full concealment he'll hide behind that, otherwise north into the heavier concealment

As you materialise in the real again you see you were on target, crouched low in the cover of the tree trunk, the rocky outcrop to your left.

 

From here you can see the Dark Elder grouped around their Raider, which was actually resting on the ground. With it still you could also see extensive damage. The entire hull was blistered and scorched.

 

Your suits blurt an alert at you, radiation warning, nearby.

 

There, in the cover by the rock, a little away from the tree trunk you where behind, one of the Dark Kin. The Kabalite had not spotted you, too preoccupied. The Armour was also scared and coming out in blisters in places.   

 

 

Dark Kin 4

 

With a cry, whether of frustration or rage or some other emotion, it is distorted by distance and battle noise, but it leaves you all with a sense of unease, the Dark Eldar unleashed a volley Splinter rifle fire into the Trees.

With the touching of minds you get a glimpse of the guardian’s senses, of a world through the spirit sight of a Wraithbone construct like non you have ever encountered before.  A drain of colour, of solidness, instead you see shaded before you, illuminated as dark suns of the twisted kin, closing in, others spreading out, further away bright suns, five of them.

Turn 4 will start soon, momentary Narrative pause, but I thought you might want to see the turn 4 update and Map first.

I think we are good to go with Turn four, so take it away @Mike Zulu, then I'll do the first two Dark Kin and then we are at the initaive step for the Guardian, so you have untill then to work out in the OCC what you want as a team.
