Tons and tons of things make it broken...many broken OP options available.

 

 

UM basically have been super buffed again.  Expect to see victrix heavy lists unless points are addressed. 

 

Calgar has a source of 4+ FNP again via a new character.

Let's shift focus off the potential bad and to the good

 

Once everything is FAQed and fixed I think SW will be competitive 

 

I like the potential of GHs using the Gauntlet detachment (transport buff)

 

There is an enhancement for units that disembarked to be immune to overwatch (put on 3 different GH bricks)

 

Run the GHs in rhinos and at least one impulsor

 

You can either disembark 10 GHs from a rhino and charge onto an objective and fight for it (S6 AP2 melee attacks with a sustain buff from transport) or advance an impulsor and dump out 5 OC3 bodies and snatch an objective away

I'm liking Assault doctrine. Put the Sustained upgrade on Headtakers with a Wolf Priest with the Imperium's Sword if you have the points. It would make for a nice psuedo-WGBL with Lance and reanimation.

 

I think the Ironclad Champions actually makes an Oops All Dreads list viable.

 

Not that I would cut Bjorn out just yet, but having generic captains also generate CP is a nice option.

Same here. I think Assault Brethren, Gauntlet Taskforce and Beastslayer will be a good combo. 10 GHs getting out of a Rhino get 30 S5 Ap-1 shots with Sustained Hits and Lethal Hits into Vehicles/Monsters. Ragnar and 10 Blood Claws leaping out of a Land Raider are even stronger too.
