According to this Reddit post, the front and back halves of the ork boyz are all interchangeable once you snip the pegs and holes away. Obviously you'll have a few oddboyz with the odd numbers of arms (or the right number of arms for a genestealer cultist) if you combine a few, but the way the torsos join up is the same across all the orks. The heads are also compatible with the Tankbusta and Komando kits. Not sure that works out 100% as easily as claimed (IIRC, some torso halves fit pretty differently), but I’ve got another twenty Boyz coming in a few days and will definitely test out the theory.
