Thanks for the instruction I found it.  I’m not being awkward here but what’s the point of it?  I looked at Command Bunker and it doesn’t seem to give a reminder to the ability of your attached unit for example. i.e. it doesn’t add litany of hate to your intercessor card whilst the Chaplain is attached as a reminder.
