I think it'll be more than possible as I reckon the head will be a seperate piece from the rest of the body and there looks to be sufficient space between the scalp and the armour for sculpted chain mail detail

Meant that if it was possible to move that armor bit around Nazdreg head, since they look like jaws.

Also the jaws are toothed with real ork teef™ in lieu of the scrap metal teeth and without any gaps in his own gob. Guy is flaunting his wealth.

Ah I get you. I think it'll be possible but not intentionally so as I reckon the instructions will say to glue it in that position. However you should, in theory and going off the images only, ve able to make them into proper jaws.
