Kislev IMHO

My understanding is that GW halted work on Kislev due to the situation in Ukraine. They are happy to do historical stuff but they don't want to tread on any real-world politics. Nothing has changed IRL so my guess is that Kislev remains on indefinite hiatus.

It is surprising to see so much enthusiasm for a Kislev on a WH40K dedicated forum! That said, even without official material, you could quite well play a Kislev force in The Old World rules by using the Renegade Crowns army list from The War of Settra's Fury arcane journal. This has some quite flexible options for human cavalry and infantry units, just pick ones that match your vision of Kislev (though there is no option for archers with two-handed axes).

But since this is WH40K forum, I will try to stick to the more boring Space Bears chapter assumption until proven wrong. There is of course risk that I am right, and we will see a flood of new figures and rules for the Bear Brethren and Polar Company Bearnoughts, maybe even Bearknights and Bearwatch Veterans. In the name of Emperor, blood and honey!

OK so stating the obvious this doesn't look like a 40k Rumour Engine.

If it was tho, I doubt it would be a Space Wolves Rumour Engine.

Mostly because its a bear.

Maybe a new Chaos Knight just has a whole Bear Skin as a banner or something, idk.

I was under the impression that orks prefer to run their engines with good old (renewable) squig fuel, and thus are not particularly affected by changes in fossil fuel prices.

That said, it is not entirely clear to me how the fuel gets extracted from the squigs. Though thinking better, I am not sure I want to know (and it might be that squigs themselves might prefer not knowing it either).

Clearly they put them in a big juicer.

Obviously you give your fuel squig to the local Mek and they load it into the squigtrifuge and spins it around until the Squig vomits up all the fuel.

i thought Bjorn too. He used to have big wolf pelts but I'm thinking with Dreadnoughts getting even bigger even thunderwolves are starting to feel small?

The jockstrap is being updated to ThunderBear pelt to correct for size immersion.
