Also as I recently learned Naquada refered to a group of cities in which there were similar style burials in the same time period. This showed to the archeologist that Egypt was starting to unify at this time. There is also a naquada II and III. All of which will get thier own planet. So I named the planet naquada, do to it being a captured image of the Empire past. Egyptian history rocks verily. and a big thanks to Nephren-Ka for running and starting this whole thing. Can't think of many off-hand... if you go complete pantheon of every dynasty.....oh about 94 give or take. there is even astarte. She was represented as a naked woman wearing bull horns riding a horse. Her role was that of war, mainly dealing with syria. which we all know was egypt's favorite neighbor. In fact it was an ordeal with syria, which made tuthmosis III such an interesting figure to myself. He sent 10 diplomats to Syria to make a truce accord. Well the syrian warlord took them hostage and sent back message that they are now prisoners and would only be returned if these demands were met. Tuthmosis gathered his army and marched directly into syria. To get to the warlord's encampment they had to either march around a mountain range or straight through it. His advisors told him it would be foolish to go through them for the narrow pass would be a perfect place for the syrians to trap them and wipe them out. He decided not to listen and marched through their. When the advisors asked what to tell his soldiers he told them, "Tell them as long as their emperor walks before them they shall always be protected." Sure enough they went through that pass right to the citadel. The forces of the syrians were split now for thinking the egyptians would come through the pass they end up days out of the way going around the mountains on both sides of the range to stop them. So tuthmosis set up around the citadel and choked all supply lines till the syrian warlord gave in and released the egyptian diplomats. He never was trouble for tuthmosis or egypt, again. So thats where I got my B&C name from and the commander of my force. I actually have a chaos force of tzeentch known as the Changers of Set, but thats not truly here or there is it.
