Naturally, this Death Guard Dreadnought, named Naught, is upwards to seven years (or thereabouts). I am still very pleased with how he turned out. And yes, that is the pilot-body you can glimpse in the sarcophagus. Now completely overtaken by Nurgle's most blessed diseases and forever writhing in wordless agony as the fleshworms bores through what is left of his braiiins....

Here is a dread I converted up from the bits box for an Inquisitor game we were doing years ago... My conversion and painting skills have improved greatly since this was cobbled together.

Here is something else I was messing around, essentially an Imperial Guard piloted dreadnought. Fluff wise it was part of an extended urban campaign on a highly developed hive world and the unit was a civilian demolitons vehicle that was commandeered for the war effort. Not strictly a dreadnought, but in the spirit of such. You can see the evolution of the idea.

A blood ravens venerable dreadnought i guess...but i don't realy have a clue, i just sticked parts together until i liked it ^^

And btw, great work and inspiration going on here

I have seen a few dreads in here with their weapons pointing in a different angle ...is there a tutorial for that or just "do it"?
