  1. Ah, here I can actually supply something rather than request https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/generic-jump-pack-mk4-pre-supported
  2. Appreciate the input, both. I'm looking for firstborn scale, though, rather than true scale.
  3. Thank you very much. It's nice to see that Red Warden Miniatures migrated to somewhere. They're one of several Shapeways stores I had saved, but obviously those are all gone now. Since most of them didn't trade in the parts I'm now looking for I hadn't thought to look them up and see if they have newer incarnations elsewhere I do have and have made use of some of their legs, but at the moment I am looking for designs closer to the official ones that are now OOP.
  4. I'm not averse to it on principle, but I don't have a printer myself nor do I know anyone who has one. I'm vaguely aware that there are people who will print files you send them, so files of what I'm after rather than an actual item I can purchase from a store are also welcome.
  5. I'm coming back after a couple of years break and I'm completely out of the loop on who the best third party bits purveyors are now. In my absence it seems that a lot of changes have been made to the space marine lines with various plastic and resin firtborn kits going out of print or perenially 'temporarily unavailable'. For the sake of aesthetic preference and matching my existing armies I'm really interested in finding someone who might be selling firstborn scale of the following: - Mk. V (torsos and legs) - Mk. IV (legs primarily, but very keen on any Destroyer/OOP assault squad style torsos) - Mk. VI (legs) Now I know that these are available in the plastic 40k tactical squad box to a certain extent, but the now OOP forgeworld armour sets had running and walking legs that I was quite keen on, so anything in that vein would be particularly appreciated.
  6. Really? I feel most of them look ungainly and as if they're holding poses no one actually would. Particularly on the left hand side of the picture. Now a lot of that can probably be alleviated by making better choices with the arm positioning, but the feet are planted on a lot of them. The old mk. VI tactical marines aren't disimilar, but still have more dynamic legs.
  7. The overall aesthetic of the model is great, but the lower legs and feet exemplify everything I hate about the mk. VI redesign. Just comically oversized.
  8. The whole armour is substantially different to the current Mk.III plastics.
  9. Anvil have a zombie range, including sprues of just arms https://anvilindustry.co.uk/filterSearch?q=zombie#/pageSize=9&viewMode=grid&orderBy=0
  10. Good stuff. It's a really simple touch, but I like the way you've added a helmet to the Ironclad sarcophagus. Also, as a lover of the box dreads, it's cool to see the Ironclad in a scheme you don't often see it done up in.
  11. I like that Techmarine a lot.
  12. Haven't had time to go through your whole log yet, but I'm loving the creativity on display. Particularly dig the cyber vulture.
  13. Apollynia Dieudonné (Interrogator) Fourth daughter of a minor noble family and only a moderate beauty, a notable future for Apollonyia was unlikely to have been found in dynastic marriage even before a streak of fiery independence manifested itself during adolescence. By the time her contemporaries were being debuted before potential suitors at society balls, Apollynia had run away from her family and joined the crew of a young rogue trader whose ambition ultimately exceeded his judgement. After several years of wavering fortune and middling pecuniary reward the crew were almost entirely wiped out during an ill-advised attempt to double cross a mixed crew of xenos smugglers. Apollynia was among the few who managed to escape the debacle, but a leg injury sustained during the fracas and inadequately treated in the immediate aftermath has left her requiring permanent use of a cane. For reasons unknown she seems to spurn bionic augments as a remedy to this physical affliction even though she must surely be able to afford the very best many times over by now. The narrow escape seems to have persuaded her to leave a star-faring life behind. Unlike many of those with whom she served, she had saved most of her earnings and used this capital from her exploits to set up an agency for the very type of persons (and indeed non-persons) who might wish to join a Rogue Trader’s crew, establishing order in the Tarantir system for what was previously a rather haphazard process. Within a few years the operation expanded into many areas and the high society from which she once fled now comes to her for a myriad of services. Be it information about the business or extra-marital affairs of rivals, the provision of bodyguards or handling of blackmailers, Apollynia has proven capable of fixing all manner of issues for those who can afford her fee. She has also thus become a somewhat useful source of regional intelligence for many an Inquisitor, while some have found occasion to make use of the other services her agency provides. It is not always possible for an Inquisitor or their agents to be exactly where and when they are needed and so local actors must sometimes be engaged to perform basic reconnaissance and retrieval tasks. Comprised of a ragtag assortment of Imperial forces veterans, ex-hive gangers, rogue trader crew and other atypical citizens, her staff and sub-contractors are not so dissimilar from the bands of henchmen and followers an Inquisitor might lead. Although uncommon these days, Apollynia, will involve herself directly in cases on occasion. Equipped with her Talon of Truth, a gauntlet of wicked appearance tipped with syringes and surgical blades, she prises the information required from those unfortunate enough to have forced her into asking more than once.
  14. Been a minute since I've seen any Dornian Heresy stuff, nice work so far.
  15. Like the idea behind what you're doing. Plague Guard who are more marine than mutation. Well executed so far and that painted example is bomb.
