They were once Saturnine‑armored elites, giants in baroque plate whose duty was to stand immovable before the foes of the Word. Now they stand immovable for a different reason. The techno‑virus coils through their bodies like a silent scripture, rewriting flesh and ceramite alike into something neither mortal nor machine.
