"Non permittant vivere impuritus."

Well it was a busy weekend for modelling....Did not get done as much as I would like, family life and all. The more I use Army Painter the happier I am for making the switch. The Army Painter Warpaints Fanatic line with the color sets (6-7 colors if it has a Blanche version) that gives you your next highlight is great. Especially if your paint rack is organized. Now the Warpaints Air line uses the Triad system. My favorite part is the the Air and Fanatic line do not use the same 3 colors.  As an example. The hair on my Captain was painted using Matt Black, Deep Grey, and uniform grey. His cloak was painted using Matt Black, and then Warpaints Air Raven Black, and Crow Hue. Plus The John Blanche Grim Dark Shadow is amazing. 

So the main project for this weekend was getting the highlights, decals, and washes done to finish my captain.

3rd Company Captain Razak of the Red Hunters Chapter. 

The Inquisition logos and Skull decals are from Impatient Tabletop. The scrolls, checkerboards, Company number, and other knee icon all GW decals. I need to get more decals from Impatient Tabletop, as my Chapter decals are 2 decals layered and not the actual decals the "Inquisition Skull" they offer. Leg scroll says "Razak" and Shield Scroll "Faith" and "Honor". I really happy with how he came out.
