Hey all, I've been tinkering with Pedro Cantor a little bit and to say that he is much improved in 8th edition is an understatement. He is downright beastly. I'm wondering your thoughts though on how to maximize his abilities to grant re-rolls and extra attacks. So far I have tried to keep him deployed back with devastators which is great, except that the devastators get wailed on from range. I also put him in a Stormraven with a command squad and Ironclad dred, which worked amazing except that instead of fighting and using their abilities, they were in a transport for half the game and were super expensive. So, I'm still not sure I'm maximizing his abilities. Was thinking about deploying him in a drop pod with veterans, but then he's out there and vulnerable and drop pods are still expensive. I also thought about going the land-raider option, but it just seems to easy to tie up transports and keep him from where he needs to go, and again, too expensive. Any thoughts? Any successes you've had?

An amusing thought on Kantor's pilgrimage to Terra
Kastor Krieg posted a topic in + IMPERIAL FISTS +
WAAAGH Snagrod began barely 11 years ago, that's to account for it spreading, CF making that fateful mission, then Orks regrouping and attacking Rynn's World, the devastation of the world and the CF Fortress, the war of attrition there and Kantor's pilgrimage to Terra, to plead for reinforcements. In-setting, actually, it looks like Kantor showed up and Lords of Terra were like "Oh, you need reinforcements? We might just have what you need, look here. Five hundred of the Mark 10 Primaris Marines is enough? Cool beans. BTW, Roboute Guilliman is back, did you hear?"- 3 replies
