Recently finished some Assault Terminators for my growing army. I liked the ones in the codex so much I decided to do the same as best I could. Managed to get hold of some Forgeworld shoulder pads as well.

First squad of three done. Damn decals took FOREVER to set properly. I still see the odd crinkle. By comparison I freehanded the skulls on the kneepads in about 25 minutes.

Man, I swear. I want to be Winterdyne when I grow up...

Anyway, I FINALLY got my filthy mitts on a digital camera thanks to an incredibly belated christmas present, so here are the few things I've completed that I've gotten around to photographing. My Sanguinary Guard are by no means breaking the mold, but I like to think my execution was decent.

And this is a Chaplain that I never got around to naming. His jump pack is rather primitively magnetized by me. The magnet I used is way too big. I still think he looks pretty good.

Lemartes. Also my first concerted attempt at Object Source Lighting. I wanted it to be a little subdued. I didn't think the glow from his lenses would travel very far past his face.

So with the advent of the Sanguinary Guard and all their fancy wings and bling I don't feel like the current Dante model is up to the job of representing the Lord of Baal so I've repurposed him as a Librarian.
