Thanks Red.

I'm at school right now so no updates :P

But im in the process of painting my 5th and final possessed, so updates soon.

I've also finished touching up Ahriman, so i'll get some decent photos of him.

Termies are magnetised and sprayed and i have raptors to spray.

I'll move onto the raptors next, but the bases seem really flimsy, any tips on how to strengthen it?

Thanks.

Its not acctually supposed to be blood, its a crap attempt at a powersword glow ;)

I'll re do it when time is more permitting :D

EDIT: As for the bases, it was more the flame things, there not snapping whenever i touch them, its just for re assurance :P

Why thank you Sgt stabby ! :)

I cut the arm off just above the elbow.

I drilled a hole in the stump, and fitted in a paper clip just longer than i wanted the arm to be.

I then greenstuffef around the pape clip leave about 1/2 mm sticking out past the wrist.

A small sphere of green stuff acted as the palm of the hand.

One tiny piece of paper clip acted as the pointing finger.

I then green stuffed the finger in, and i just used greenstuff for the other three fingers and the thumb.

Hope this helped, if not Pm me and ill go into more depth, sorta short of time right now.

UPDATE: painted some more of the possessed marine still to come.

Give me a day or two and he'll be up here along with the other "sinister bunch" :D

Thanks everyone.

FINALLY, someone who doesn't paint Ahriman's under robe blue.. Kudos to you, pal.

The stuff looks great. Good job on the yellow- I prefer lots of gold on my guys, but you pull it off just fine.

I want to see more of your stuff.

Thanks phosis.

So, someone else who thinks Ahriman does NOT suit a blue under robe :(

I can't remember why i chose yellow, but im sure there was a good reason.

And thanks Red-dragon.

Yes, they are from the possessed box.

Verbal update (sorry, no images):

I started to paint the raptor champion. Its coming along well, i think.

Due to the lack of trim, im doing the left shin guards yellow. ( Both shin plates on the champion )

Dont know how it will turn out yet, but you'll know when i do.

Thanks for all your interest.

If you are accepting to painting input, I have something that won't cramp your style at all...

Since the non-thousand sons models just have plain undecorated armor plating in some areas, you can select a few empty shin guards and paint black lines down them, then do the yellow strips over that.

It gives a very "Asuar' mek ma-at kerhef" look (the Osiris striped blue and yellow crest of everlasting life, which most pharaohs wore.) to models who don't already have the lines on their armor, and would fill in some of your solid blue areas like should pads.

Also, you can paint gloss on the flesh, to make them suitably ethereal. ^_^

Just suggestions, but listen to your black and withering heart over me.
