I'm not THAT much of a leader either. Even when dealing with my employees, I tend to ask them to do things and express appreciation when they do. I'm not big on giving "orders" per se. Ive been playing space wolves on and off since 2nd edition first came out...and I am only 26!!!!..so ive got the history...but personal reflection of who I am...I am usually in charge of the group, but at the same time like to do my own thing. In all honesty I'm not fond of leadership roles but its something I invariably always end up doing and in combat situations I end up leading from the front by example to get people moving and motivated and I either lead a segment of a whole or often end up leading the entire group somehow. Most of the time I try to avoid leading but I can't see things fall apart without stepping in to take over, and I'm also good at keeping people motivated and morale up as well as obviously lore. There are times when I am on my bike and want to mix it up (usually on the track) and go balls out. There are alos times when stealthy solitude has it's appeal. Infiltrating to recon then after reporting observations, being a force multiplier while in an overwatch position. Currently my longest real life shot was 503 yards with a 30 inch hold over. "Tango Down"....actually it was a cantalope melon, but splat and it was a big and dramatic one. Shot was taken with this: Winchester Model 70 Classic Sporter remounted in a Choate "Ultimate Sniper" stock. Chambered in .338 Winchester Magnum with a B.O.S.S. (Ballistically Optimized Shooting System - the tunable muzzle breal/compensator at the end of the barrel), Harris Swivel Bi-Pod, Simmons ProHunter SE50 scope. I am no longer in the Army, but served nearly 8 years with 213 days in theater during Desert Shield and Storm. I warmed up that day on apples at 100 and 150 yards. Nothing like the instant gratification when you hit and destroy a "Tango". I used to race my '92 VFR750F in Hawaii. I still have it, though it doesn't get much road time these days.
